What a lie!

Rohan: Naina, hum Sameer ko bhi bula le?

"SAMEER"

The man whom she could never forget. The man who broke her trust, her heart and their friendship. Since past 3 years, their last meet and the dreadful incident, no one had ever uttered his name; at least not before her. But today her husband did it and not only just called out his name but asked her to invite him to the most special day for her. Sighing and calming herself, she replied in a stern tone.

Naina: Koi zaroorat nahi hai.

Rohan: Naina, 3 saal ho chuke hai uss baat ko, ab bhi naaraz ho? Bhul jao na.

Naina: Kaise bhul jau Rohan? Mere zindagi ka sabse special din tha aur main chahti thi ki woh bhi mere saath ho, usne waada bhi kiya tha. Pas usse hamari dosti ki qadar thodi thi.

Naina: Kal tumne na aakar mere sapne hi nahi par hamari dosti bhi tod do Sameer. Aaj se mere liye koi Sameer Maheshwari nahi hai.

Her words broke his heart. He knew she would be angry but did not imagine that she would break their friendship. Tear escaped down his eyes He looked at her, who was equally broken but showed outer firmness.

Naina: Please go away!!

Flashback.

Sameer: Aise toh tum bride lagogi hi, par-

Naina: Par kya?

Sameer: Yeh shaadi mat karo Naina.

Naina turned to him with a shocking face and asked.

Naina: Kyu?

He caressed the photo and emotionally thought.

Sameer(in his thoughts): Kaise aata main Naina? Tum mujhe samajh hi nahi paayi thi. Main kaam karne ke liye alag kya ho gaya, tumne kisi aur ko dhund liya. Rohan mein involve hogyi, lekin main toh tum mein hi uljha raha. Tumhare alawa koi dost nahi banaya, tumhare alawa kisi ka dost nahi bana, tum hi toh thi meri best friend aur hamesha rahogi.
