It's 2073 and Fleetwood Reever is on the edge, completely fed up with his job and the senseless violence in his city. After being called in to his boss's office concerning his morale at work, he gets entered into the very thing he hates: the Vermouth Motors' VisceraFest. Now, armed only with his modified Honda Jazz and wits, he must partake in a grueling competition of vehicular combat against several depraved contestants in order to take back his home of Riverside from the authoritarian reign of the Vermouth Twins.
