Keroi is a widespread viral infection that travels through the air. Even the richest and most intelligent countries have no clue of its cure-only preventive measures are what keeps the fortunate alive.

On a typical day, Vianne goes out to fulfill a college requirement. She observes her surroundings as she waits for a jeepney. One moment, a man's painful scream envelop the neighborhood.
