In this What if version of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Spider-Man acquires the symbiote during the events of Captain America Civil War, and the symbiote remains with him throughout subsequent films, including Spider-Man: Homecoming, Avengers Infinity War, Endgame, Far From Home, and No Way Home.
