Astrid Whitehorn is an archeologist and folklorist. Weird yes, but it helps when you're digging up random places. When Astrid is at a site she gets a birthday package from her mother with a note scribbled in a old dirty book along with coordinate's, and map of a place that she's only heard of in bed time stories. The handwriting is familiar but not her moms or her fathers. Her mom says to follow it...that she'll understand when she gets there. So let's follow her on this strange and crazy adventure.
