It started much earlier than that, when Hisashi Midoriya walked out on Inko, taking with him their four and a half year old son. All For One will devote a lot of time to investments he considers worthwhile. His son is one such investment. "Young man," All Might said again. He was trying to sound gentle. "We can fix this." Izuku stared at him. And then he laughed. It was a bitter, hollow laugh but as he laughed he let his hair fade to white and turned his eyes gold. The widening of All Might's eyes was somewhat carthic but wasn't going to be enough. "No, we can't," Izuku told him before bracing. All For One let his son go to make his own choices, giving him a new identity, and new opportunities. He's taught Izuku well but needs to know that his son will come to him because it is his choice. Izuku is eager to see the world, and perception creates reality. What will Izuku see? A system that should be torn down and burned, or a system that is trying to be better than it is? Which side will he choose? Here, he is not All Might's chosen successor, but All For One's and no matter what he chooses, he will be a force to be reckoned with. This is for me. 1) I can not change any major event consequence. For example, I can't have Izuku decline One for All. That's a major story consequence. I can change how it happens and other things like not breaking his goddamn arm sometimes, but not the end effect . 2) I can not give Izuku abilities he does not have, so he can't hack and shit. What I can do is expand on his current abilities like analysis BECAUSE THE KID SHOULD FUCKING REALIZE THAT A BRAIN IS HELLA BETTER THAN BEING ABLE TO BECOME STRONGER! 3) I can make my own events. However, I can't do it with characters he has not met yet. Basically, I can do it with All Might, but I can't do it with Eraserhead in the first chapter yet. That's the main ones. If I need more, I will update this when needed. Hope you enjoy! It was originally My Hero Academia But Better (Kinda), but this title is better and more fitting.
