Follow Alexander "Alex" Ashton as he faces the new reality of the world. 2015, the world is suddenly and almost instantaneously ravaged by a killer plague that kills and reanimates. The virus is spread by bites, and only the fittest survive. Alex, and his three best friends must learn to survive on their own in the world. Will they last, or will they fall to the disease like the many have before them. This is NOT my first story, but I still have much to learn, any feedback will help. As a vampire, death is no stranger, but given the lack of newly deads to choose from after the post-Flu population drop, avoiding starvation has become a struggle. He survives by sleeping through his days, but the arrival of a past enemy and a less-than-wise decision to help a murderer force him back onto the road. Unfortunately, he quickly discovers that the new world does not follow the same logic that it did before. TL;DR - Most of the world died from a flu pandemic so there's a post-apocalyptic type situation where demons possess people.
