That feeling, when your child is put into your arms, for the first time, is inexplicable. It wasn't any different for me as well. I had never in my life handled new born babies. Initially, I was terrified to even hold her. But once when she was in my arms, my exhaustion, pain and fear, laid forgotten. Her tiny palms were closed into fists. She seemed to be peering at me, through the crevices of her partially closed eyes. The best way, that could describe my emotions were, through the following sentence. "It was like someone had quenched my thirst after ages of aridness." The smile plastered on my face was so wide that, it revealed all my thirty two teeth. A small amount of dejection that I felt because of Lawrence's absence lost it's importance at my baby's sight. Holding her close to my chest, I extended my index finger to stoke her quaggy cheek. A chortle escaped my mouth when she stirred in my arms. I just couldn't wait for the time when I'll watch my daughter take first step or speak first syllable.

"You think John would've ever made you feel like this?" I asked darkly, lips brushing her nipple as my fingers circled her again. "You think he would've claimed you like I will?" She whimpered. And when I pushed two fingers inside her, her knees buckled. "Say it," I demanded. "Say you're mine." She shook her head, biting her lip. "I hate you." "Then hate me while I fuck you," I snarled, lifting her up with one arm under her thighs and carrying her to the bed of straw and soft woven sheets they'd laid out like a royal gift. I laid her down like a queen, but I wasn't here to worship. Not tonight. I was here to destroy. ❀.•°°•.✿.•°°•.❀ 𝐒𝐡𝐞 𝐰𝐚𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐦. 𝐇𝐞 𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐢𝐭. A chaotic 20-year-old girl.
