The cannibal (Doctor sleep empty devil fanfic)

This is the story of a teenage boy who made the awful mistake of becoming an empty devil. You see, this boy had a strong power that people call "the shine", and he shined so amazingly bright. His shine got the attention of a group called the "true knot", and they offered him an amazingly long life, as long as he "ate well". Being the naive teenager her is, he gladly accepted, not thinking twice. What he didnt know, was that "eating well" meant feeding on the pain and suffering of children with the shine. After finding this out, he immediately ran away from the true knot, and swore to hunt down all the empty devils in the world, torture them like they torture the children, and feed off them instead.
