A song from the Nubian is an epic that is -in part-about a fictional middle-age monarchy located on the Nubian desert- a monarchy created by the early Ottoman settlers that dared to spread across Lower Nubia in Africa. The story is also about belief systems, tradition and the reality of the undiluted supernatural. At the center of the story is Senneria- an empire with all the trappings of a Muslim enclave in her golden age. Although politically, Senneria was in her decline, plagued by a aged leadership, growing enemies and a tussle for power, the empire's survival was hinged on the will of one of her princes named Adlan. However, despite the promise he held, Prince Adlan only could play a small part in a greater story- a story about a hunted god he encountered in the form of a man.

(Highest Ranking: #108 in Historical Fiction) Was a featured story on the Ides of March. Disclaimer: I don't own the characters from Night at the Museum. Also admittedly some of the stuff that is written is a little problematic. I retain full responsibility of the problematic writing and I apologize if it causes hurt or seems insensitive, it was not my intention at the time of writing merely a reflection of the bad influences from the books I had been reading as a young teen. I am trying very hard to make this book more politically correct in my other drafts as do I do not want other people to normalize toxic, homophobic and sexist tropes/ideologies and beliefs through their reading.
