After Hades's apparent demise during his attempt to overthrow the Olympians and murder his nephew, Hercules, he was revived and sent to the Isle of the Lost, where he is to remained imprisoned for eternity. 

Well, eternity is a long time.

Within the first few years of his imprisonment on the Isle, Hades conceives a child: Hadie. His son bears a striking resemblence to him, both in appearance and in his powers, though those are incredibly diminished due to the barrier. Hadie grows up with his father on the Isle, making some good friends along the way.

But what happens when those friends are suddenly called away to go to school in Auradon?

Wapun (Dawn) Smith was different from most kids, having been raised to be herself no matter what others thought. Her parents, John Smith and Pocahontas, let their daughter run wild in the woods and explore as much as she wanted. John made sure to teach her all his tricks of the trade, including sword-fighting, and Pocahontas taught Dawn how to survive and the way of her people. What happens when Ben as the soon-to-be king and Dawn as his royal advisor make a decision to allow some VK's to come to Auradon Prep? Or alternately... She's a princess, he's a badboy. She's full of life, he wouldn't mind dying. She's from a land that he hates with a fiery passion, and he's from a land that her countrymen despise. However, sometimes the one thing that you love comes out of the one place that you hate.

Not knowing love or affection is a flaw all kids on the Isle owned and no one was more clueless about those feelings than Hadee, spawn of Lord Hades, who only cared for three things, none of which included his daughter. He always taught her that you were unworthy if you weren't feared, evil and powerful. Hadee would march through the alleys of the Isle like she owned them. In fact, everyone knew that she and her allies, Jay, Evie, Carlos and Mal, did. People made way for her when she passed, they cowered at her name and they shook in fear when she looked them in the eye with her permanently fixed glare. She was the one you had to be careful with if you dared to cross one of the five. She was the one who would threaten you and who would hurt you using any excuse she had, or none at all if she felt like it. She was, after all, the Goddess of the Dead which meant that there was no chance of her being good. She was evil from the moment she was born. Hadee liked how everyone feared her, she relished in it even. She was quite content with the way her life was but when she's invited to Auradon along with her allies, her life will start to change rather quickly and she isn't sure if it's a good thing.
