After the events in Blue Arrow. Oliver cuts John Diggle and Felicity Smoak from his life in order to protect them. He desperately is trying to change the future he saw but suddenly Ruby is back and with Wally and a whole new threat is emerging. Not only has Roy just met Serah a girl from a mental institution who looks similar to Milla but Ruby has put a plan in place so she can forget everything. Including Oliver.

What will Oliver do when he needs Felicity most?
