*spin-off from The Hidden Gemstone* Nick and Evie Keller have always been attracted to trouble - questioning authority, pulling off reckless stunts, going behind their elder sister's back. They run after danger as if it's an old friend. That's until they do something that's worse than any of the little dangers they've faced, that not only puts them on the hit list of the biggest billionaires in the city, but also awakens centuries old creatures. Heartless creatures who aim to kill and end the last remnants of the most precious race on Earth. Which just so happens to be the race that Nick and Evie belong to.

What if everything you knew about your life was a lie? Tiffni's life is nothing but a blur-three part-time jobs and no time for herself. But when strange new people start showing up, offering the care she's always craved, she discovers powers she never knew existed. Could they be the key to unlocking a life she never imagined? Note: The names in this story are purely fictional, and if there happens to be any resemblance to real people, it's purely coincidental. This story is a throwback from high school, originally paired with drawings I made at the time. Now, I just want to share it here. I hope you'll drop by and read. Comments and votes are appreciated to help me improve. I'm also open to suggestions! Disclaimer: The pictures used in this story are not mine. I found them on Pinterest, so full credit goes to their rightful owners. Unfortunately, I don't know who they are.
