Ray Manchester, who fights for the city of Swellview under the alias Captain Man, assembles a team of elite superheroes who will fight with him against a coming threat... or at least that's what he wants. After his former sidekick declines his invitation, Manchester is forced to gather superpowered kids who were given superpowers by a leaked gas. Together, they will fight an evil coming from space in order to save the world.
