There's a new serial killer in a small town named Caershire. While yes this town was small but it was very well known for the top serial killers in the world. (THESE PEOPLE WERE ACTUAL SERIAL KILLERS) Such as John Wayne Gacy, Jeffery Dohnamer, Jack the Ripper, Ted Bundy, Etc. 

What happens when our main character Victor Katz becomes our new serial killer's target and what happens when our serial killer Jack Gacy (IS NOT GACY'S ACTUAL CHILD HIS ACTUAL CHILDREN ARE MICHAEL GACY AND CHRISTINE GACY) can't kill his victim.
