Hey, folks, first time poster. Below is a short story of mine. It's a little bit of a love letter to the slasher genre and video game I play. It's been a very long time since I've written a single word (25) years and it took an old friend to re-spark the dream. Anyway, this was practice for me to.....I guess find a voice, get some words down, see where it went. I mean, it's garbage, but that's okay. I think it went well for what it is. IDK, you tell me. So you decide to solve the mystery yourself, but what you find was unexpected.. and disturbing... You are not the same as what you once were. I may do a rewrite for this story, because I'm embarrassed by how it turned out.
