Set in the 6th year.  Voldemort isn't even mentioned, Draco isn't a Death Eater. Snape is teaching Potions, not Slughorn (sorry, but I will never get rid of my favorite professor).  Hermione and Draco are the Heads (yes, I know they aren't old enough.) Told in Hermione's P.O.V.

We have all heard of the word intoxication. And normally, alcohol consumption is what comes to mind... however, my form of it, is found in a person, and was caused by a potion....
