TMNT 2012 meets TMNT 2003

In the 2012 dismenion the turtles are fighting the kraang, and while this is happening some kraang kidnapped Mikey and take him to another dismenion away from his brothers, can Mikey find his way home with the help of the 2003 turtles or can his brothers find a way to where he is?
