He's 18, she's 16. They may be young but they are deadly serious, they are undercover.
What about if it wasn't out of fear that Four joined Dauntless, or that it wasn't because Tris wasn't selfless enough, what about if they joined because they were under cover?
Tris is put on a mission to go undercover in Dauntless to see why all the Divergents are going missing. That was until she met Four, who she finds out has a secret.
Will she be able to keep her cover? Or will emotions get in her way?
Based on the book AND movie, so some parts will be different. I will be changing some parts to fit along with the storyline.

It takes you through his journey through initiation on in to leadership. He also develops a love interest that isn't in either the books or the movie.
