In New Freedom: No Longer Bound to Spiritual Abuse, author Shamika S. Niles, not only shares her personal story about spiritual abuse but also inspires and informs those that have been or could be going through similar experiences or who just want to become more aware of this topic. Filled with joy, pain, confusion, and every emotion in between. With an open heart, Niles pours out her testimony in a way that reminds readers that no matter how difficult their situation is, God has given them the power to speak up in the face of abuse, and break free from the bondage of sin. Niles also speaks about what a real relationship with God should look like and reminds readers that as believers "we have been released from the law, [because we] have died [to that] by which we were bound, so that we may serve in newness of the Spirit and not in oldness of the letter [of the law]." ❃ NEW RELEASE 2021 ❃ If you have experienced being in a relationship with a narcissist, gone through their discard, or are currently in one and just trying to cope, know you are not alone. Only those who have endured the same can understand the anguish of being trapped in a narcissistic relationship. Nothing is more dangerous to your identity, worth, and sense of value than being decimated by someone you were groomed to love and trust--someone you bared your soul to--who seeks only to use your kindness and empathy to feed off you, devalue you, judge you, control and ridicule you until you are nothing but a shell. Then, once you have nothing left for them to take, you are discarded like a broken toaster. But this is only the beginning of the next act of devastation: when they claim the horror of what they have done to you as their narrative in a smear campaign to turn everyone against you. You are not alone. There are thousands suffering, or have suffered at the hands of a narcissist. I am one of them. I have written this book to help you escape, heal, and begin again, stronger, better, and more powerful than ever before, no matter what your narcissist has led you to believe. The leaving 11 years on on going stopped up dating for a awhile by CarolOBrien1
2 parts Complete Mature
The leaving. It was hard, tragic , painful, yet it had to be done, I needed to save my life. I didn't want to start again, this would be the story of finding myself, pulling myself back together, reuniting the happy go lucky youngster I had once been. The shock of leaving took more of a toll on me than I thought it would. I had asked two people to help me move out of the house I had shared with my partner for 8 years, we had been together 23 years in total. The move was done in total secrecy, my partner could never know in advance, it was a very scary time. I had moved various things out of the house and secured a rent on a property nearby. The house I picked was near the School the children went to, and my oldest lad was going to be near his best friend. My Mother told me of the property it was advertised on the web, we both went and had a look, even that was scary, I didn't want to be seen by anyone and became paranoid that I would be caught out. For many months I lived on a new kind of fear, the fear of someone finding out that I planned to leave my abusive partner, though of course no one knew my seemingly happy, funny, generous partner was abusive. Finding the house was one thing, getting the various companies to connect the house and exchanging the information of my current address so they could varify that I was, who I said I was almost drove me mad. The day came to leave, My Mother and a very dear Friend came round as early as possible, we packed as much as we could. This included taking the boys clothes, bedding, toys, stuff from the garden, my stuff. We had 3 cars the packing seem to take all day. By the end we had to get going to be able to unpack, leaving me time to pick up the boys from School and settle them in their new home. I couldn't do it at first,I started to cry then scream, to leave the world I had put so much of my life into, and now in a split second would be leaving was breaking my heart.

For with God nothing shall be impossible. (Luke 1:37) ~~~~~ Jasper is a screwed up kid, yet no one cares enough to find out why. Bruises hide his arms and alcohol stains the walls of his house, but he pushes forward because it's the only thing left for him to do. His days are spent in and out of the school psychologist's office, while his nights are spent in fear of his father. His guitar and the secluded spot by the train tracks where he likes to play are the only saving graces in the hell that is his life. No one disrupted this normal routine until Callie came. Callie is far from screwed up; she doesn't have family issues and doesn't understand the first thing about Jasper's world. Her house is filled with answered prayers and smiles of people who love each other. Her arms are clear and her head is full of optimism that Jasper doesn't buy for a second. She never second guessed her sunny disposition on life until she stumbled upon a boy and his guitar down by the train tracks. Callie and Jasper weren't supposed to cross paths. She wasn't supposed to care and he wasn't supposed to let her get under his skin, but then again opposites weren't supposed to attract either. Callie saw the good in him where most people thought there was none ; she was captivated by Jasper because he made her question everything she knew about the world. She thought it would be easy to teach him that there was still good left in the world, that there was more beyond all the bad he'd become accustomed to. She thought fixing him would be easy, but nothing worthwhile is ever easy and sometimes it takes more than one girl's overly optimistic persistence to pull a person out of the hell they've been living in; sometimes it takes faith and realizing that some things can't be done without it... ~~~~~ -Highest Ranking: #8 in spiritual, 10/25/17 ; #1 in Christianity, 2019 -Wattpad Featured Novel: 10/19/17

"You show up day after night with no purpose than to see me. You do understand the consequences your actions bear, do you not?" Love, humanity's greatest gift and greatest curse. Whether to cherish it or to discard it is in the beholder's choice. But an unspoken rule whispers a warning to those who play its game: you love your own, your kin, they whom you live among. Once your adoration reaches for what it mustn't, it becomes sin; it devours the soul, it ravages the mind, and leaves nothing but devastation in its wake. "But I don't believe you've ever denied me the opportunity, Castiel. And you do understand the consequences of your actions, don't you?"
