his best friend, jean, has kept him on desk duty ever since, well familiar with his self-destructive habits when he was out fighting and in a bad mood.
he knew it wasn't a good idea, but kaeya couldn't resist leaving the city to find solace in the forest amidst the trees and the moon.
it is in the depths of the woods that kaeya discovers perhaps his greatest gift and curse.

but you can tell what most of them were supposed to say
follows the events of 'an experiment'- i recommend reading that first, but it's not necessary as this story will take on a different plot and the past situation will really only be mentioned.
