Sara Wenz, living an ordinary life, stumbles across the most extraordinary scene which changes her life- she gets recruited as a NINJA. 

However, on her first day of recruiting, the leader of the ninjas, Ninja 9999, comes face to face with none other than his arch-nemesis- Lord Dark-Hunter the Senior, who steals the third source of Ninja Academy, which has power enough to bring destruction upon the world.

There is a flood of secrets, and suspicions, and Ninja Academy is threatened by war and destruction so two ninjas are up to the task to retrieve the source and avoid the impending doom. But uneasiness compels Sara to her feet as she feels she is, if not entirely, responsible for all that was happening.
