Full Tilt: def. - a poker term for a state of mental or emotional confusion or frustration in which a player adopts a less than optimal strategy, usually resulting in the player becoming overly-aggressive.

Elizabeth Westfield is the newest socialite to arrive at Constance Billard. She is rich, beautiful, smart and now the girlfriend of Nate Archibald. She has it all. Unit she meets the Upper East Side's notorious bad boy.

Carter Baizen always gets what he wants. And when he spots a beautiful girl across the room, he makes it his mission to have her. She may be Nate's girl, but Carter's mind games may well push her into his arms. As in poker, going full tilt in the game is half the fun.
