Remnant. A world where humanity fights against monsters whose  sole purpose is to destroy and feed off negativity. To this end, they have employed specially trained warriors known as Huntsmen to fight the endless horde, while entities in the shadows move pieces in a conflict as old as time.

Earth. A world where humanity has been fighting against an enigmatic and trans dimensional threat known as the Sirens. They have devised a new kind of fighter, the ship girl or kansen. A female humanoid manifested by a warship and imbued with the strength of such a vessel. These unique beings wage a prolonged war against Sirens.

One day, a bridge forms between the worlds. And Azur Lane will begin a new campaign to protect humanity.

We have finally created our own time jumper, capable of simultaneously sending multiple warships back in time. We will be sending one carrier, one cruiser, and three destroyers to complete this sensitive task. The task of preventing the Sirens from erasing the existence of humanity. Those warships will be: USS Gerald R. Ford, USS Ticonderoga, USS John Paul Jones, USS Arleigh Burke, and USS Sampson.
