Crow x Exo OC (fem)

A crippling blow has struck the Guardians of the Last City. One of their own, their beloved Vanguard Cayde-6 was slain by the ruthless Awoken Prince himself, Uldren Sov. For Knoxx-2 this was more than a simple case of eliminating a dangerous target. This was personal.
Taking a life was something she had done countless times to the enemies of humanity.
However, taking a life when fuelled by the unquenchable thirst for revenge is a much sweeter end.

It's been 3 years since that forsaken day, and the Traveller has granted new life. It brought the Prince of the Awoken, a killer back to stare down the barrel of her gun once more. For all she knew, people never really change. Will she pull the trigger and kill an innocent who wore the face of her nightmares?

After all, the line between Light and Dark is so very thin.

Approx 2500-3500 words per chapter

"You're not brave, you've merely forgotten the fear of death...Allow me to reacquaint you." The words wouldn't leave her head... Ghaul's mocking tone, the way he looked down at her like she was nothing but an ant beneath his boot with his eyes narrowed and stance radiating a smug triumph that made the Young Wolf grit her teeth and clench her jaw even days after the fact. His words though wasn't what caused her anger, even if they did send a pang of, something through her body. She ignored that (like she always did) and focused on the matter at hand for now, (for her feelings didn't matter; they never would.) Ghaul had invaded her home, the home of her people and captured the Traveler right from under their noses. He slaughtered her people, killed all who hadn't evacuated and he not once cared for the amount of innocent lives he took. The blood of men, women and children who just wanted to live in peace... He had killed all who stood in his way, and The Guardian hadn't been able to stop him from doing so... She had failed...she was right there before him and had fallen down on her knees, too exhausted to get back up and fight without her Light. (She was Weak...a failure...a coward...) The Titan could still feel the phantom pain coursing through her body in the aftermath of the attack, when she had woken up barely alive without her powers back in the city but now, sitting around her small camp as she finally took a break after days of walking that did nothing but fuel her anger. She'd find a way to stop the Red Legion, find a way to kill Ghaul with or without the Light even if it was the last thing she did. -OR: The Red War begins; The Young Wolf is pissed, never before has she failed like this, failed to protect her people but the Guardian is willing to do whatever it takes to make things right, even at the expense of her own health.

A Destiny 2 fanfiction. Part 2: Fireteam Eclipse. When the Traveler arrived, a spherical deity with paracausal powers known as the Light, humanity prospered and thrived. Their lifespans tripled and they expanded their civilization amongst the stars and to other planets. This was known as the Golden Age until an ancient evil known as the Darkness that hunted the Traveler finally found it in our solar system. Everything was destroyed and this was known as the Collapse. Humanity would've become extinct if the Traveler hadn't of sacrificed itself, pushing back the Darkness with its Light. And with the last of the Traveler's strength, it created Ghosts, little mechanical beings to search for deceased people who are capable of wielding the Light as a weapon. Ghosts resurrect these people from the dead and they protect what's left of humanity with their powers. These people are known as Guardians. This story is told from a Ghost's point of view who's Guardian is a trigger happy Hunter. Her Light is strong but her soul defiant. Forged in the Light yet desired by the Darkness. But when she comes face to face with her destiny, will she make the right choice or be swallowed by fate? Liar, killer, murderer.. or a savior? --- Part 2 takes place after the protagonist has completed her training and has teamed up with someone who can match her strength. Together they defend Osiris, the Awoken, and Rasputin. •Contains graphic gore, lots of cussing, and sexual interactions.

I sighed heavily as I scanned the forest. I had heard something or someone to be specific, wandering about. I decided I would leave once I affirmed they weren't a danger. "What are you doing in my land, human?" A deep enchanting voice spoke I sighed once again "I'm not human, just smell like one" I spoke as I turned around to see the most stunning man I have ever seen "Mate" he spoke "Find another female, Lycan" I spat He only growled at me in response. Men. My brother was the same way. It's kinda funny how all, correction, most shifter men think alike. I would've thought he would be different, after all, he is Lycan. Something of myths. But then again, so are the supernatural. I turned away from him, not even looking at him. I didn't want to remember what he looked like so I didn't give him a second glance. I heard him move closer. I quickly grabbed the knife out of my holster and threw it at a tree next to him. He stops moving then. "Heed my warning. It's the only one you'll get" I spoke coldly "I will find you. Then you will have no escape from me" he spoke as he backed away I could understand. Lycans, like lion-shifters, were going extinct. Therefore mates were even more important to them. But, even if I understood I still didn't want to be someone's mate. After all, I was Destiny Requalhi, Creator and Destructor of All. ------------------------------ Destiny Requalhi, a girl with a rough past and set in stone future. She wanted to be a normal lioness when she grew up but got so much more. She constantly is looking behind her back ready for a random attack to bestow itself upon her. How will she react when her biggest enemy comes back from death? ------------------------------ MAY BE TRIGGERING TO SOME READERS!
