Stand U by the Sea

Fala is from a poor family living in the suburbs of Portland. Her brother got wrapped up with the wrong people and ended up in the most unfortunate of ways. Her parents are getting a divorce. Her life is falling apart. She longs to go back to coast and revisit the memories of when she didn't have to deal with these problems and her family was whole. So, she forms a plan and an adventure of self discovery, the search for happiness, and wishes starts. A lonely old lady, a vacation, work, a donkey, a small-town school, many a mile, and a nice old house later, and Fala couldn't even imagine the ending to her journey.
