Set it Free

When fifteen year old, Eddie Kaspbrak, is suddenly uprooted from his childhood home, he and his mother move north to Derry, a small town in Maine. As Eddie has been bullied most of his life, he worries nobody will want to be his friend, however, he quickly catches the attention of his new classmate, Malena, and befriends her and her older, step-brother, Richie. Throughout the school-year, the three of them become rather close, though Eddie and Richie's friendship seems to spark something deeper than friendship. All the while, Eddie must face his problematic mother and fight the societal norms and pressures he faces as a questioning teenage boy.
