Dream struggles with insomnia and nightmares. He often wakes up in the middle of the night or doesn't sleep at all. When his boyfriend comes to visit, he tries to get himself together and hide his issues, but George eventually finds out and tries to comfort and help him. Will it be enough, or will Dream continue to be perpetually exhausted, his mental health quickly deteriorating? (Or in other words, Dream's name is ironic, George tries to be a good boyfriend, and Patches is the real main character)
