Back at Ocean Park Hospital, Dash and Jordi are celebrating or their friend Hunter getting the phone call for his new liver. Leo and Kara went to have a day to themselves, next you know they're having sex in her Jeep. You think that's the only thing going on? Wow, that's cute, but no that isn't it. Emma, Leo's ex girlfriend, has just returned home, and found out her grandma had anorexia like her. Mad and frustrated, she tries to call Leo, he doesn't answer because he is too busy having sex, and she throws her phone at the wall. She grabs her toothbrush, and start force gagging herself. Her father comes into her room, breaks into her bathroom, only to find her on the bathroom. But what happened after? Is Emma really dead? Are Leo and Kara a thing?
