Unexpected love in the middle of pandemic {On hold}

Rexcel Yuwan Romualdez a town mayor and grandson of a former president of the republic of Philippines. He is a politician, handsome, hot and has a lot of admirers including a boyish girl named Esmeralda Fuentes, a barangay captain who is actually a board passer nurse.

Esmeralda changed herself to a decent lady when she met Mayor Romualdez who captured her heart by his unique attitude and kindness. On other hand Rexcel liked Esmeralda, so, he hired her as his private nurse so she could stay by his side 24/7.

But the problem is they fell in love in an unexpected time and situation. Why? Because Mr Romualdez happens to have an incurable disease called covid that can be transmitted to person by person.
