I was shocked by her proposal.

"M-marry?" It felt like there's a huge lump at my throat. I don't think this is real. Maybe it's because of lack of sleep. Yeah, that's it. Lack of sleep.
"Are you-" She flinched at my tone. Then I realised Jitae was still sleeping, "For real?"
She was about to answer me when I raised my finger in front of her signalling her to keep quiet. I walked back and forth near her bedside. Then a sudden realisation hit me!
"Wait, I better call the doctor, you might be having a concussion or something. This is- , I mean-," I was rubbing my face, disbelieved at her sudden proposal. I stormed out of the room, to call for a doctor.
