Dakota Grayson never thought his life would end up like this. He never thought that he would lose his mother when he was ten, or that his father would turn into such a monster. But with every hit, every bruise, and every punch, he knew there was no escape.
He didn't think he'd be able to change his life, for he knew he was a coward who simply took each hit because he knew he couldn't win.
