Alexa Smith is heartbroken after her boyfriend cheated on her. At least she still has her best friend, Isabella Madden. Once she starts spending a lot of time with Isabella she finally feels free and happy in a while and she soon starts to fall for her. Lexi and Bella soon confess to each other and start dating. That's Bella gets hurt badly and ends up in the hospital. Even though the cops think that it was an accident and she probably got hit by a car, Lexi thinks otherwise and the doctor reports prove it. She feels like there's something fishy going on and needs to uncover it. Will she be able to or end up in the ER with Bella trying?

That's when she finally learns how to live again and finally meets people who don't enjoy picking on her. At least.. most of them.. So yeah, this story IS about love and friendship. And about Kiara finding her way.
