Silver has been running from Prince Craven, second in line to the Demon throne, for at least 400 years. Just beause Silver swore her servitude to save the man she loved, doesn't mean she has to stay in hell. In fact, she keeps running, runs from the memories of the worst day of her life, runs from hell, runs from her personal hellhound, Prince Craven. It's an epic game of cat and mouse and Silver's running out of places to run to... the demon's cage is closing in around her. Is there even a point in running again?

26 parts Complete Mature

After the death of her beloved mate, shewolf Maya is convinced faith won't grant her a second shot at love or happiness. Devastated and heartbroken, life no longer holds any meaning for her - which is ironically the very reason she draws the attention of the infamous and mighty vampire Council Henry Beauchamp, leader of his kind and a man as merciless as powerful. Being forced to find a bride by his power-hungry fellow councilors, he decides Maya is the perfect candidate for the job: versed in the world of the supernatural with no aspiration for power and no mate to claim her. Blackmailing her pack into betraying her, Maya soon finds herself at Henry's mercy and in the center of vampire politics. But why does her dark jailer suddenly makes her heart race and awakens feelings in her she had long thought herself incapable of? Why does his gentle touch make her heart race, his possesive gaze make her wonder if she had been granted a second chance at love after all?
