The first time Bennett meets the kid in the red hoodie, the hoodie seems familiar.
    
    As he takes in her voice, her manner - the way she sounds like she'd move the world if someone she loved asked her to - she seems familiar.
    
    They grow closer - a pre teen finding a safe place in the adult - but then he meets her brother.
    
    With a start, he realizes, the brother is familiar. Way too familiar.
