(Yep, I'm rewriting this already since I didn't really take it seriously while writing this but now I'm restarting it and also going to put them in another universe to make sense for plot reason.)
Bugs accidently ran into Mickey. He decided to have a nice chat with the mouse after so looong not seeing him but then he notice... the mouse wasn't really acting like himself.

Before the intro, I would like to shout out a friend. They requested the idea be made into a fic so here it is. Sunshine and rainbows, they say. When you're a child, it's easy to fold into the happiness of being a child. The world's weights don't exist for you. As we grow, we discover pain; Are we really discovering it, or have our eyes simply opened to pain? Their childhood is but a fuzzy memory, blocking away the mental pain. Even now, they can't quite remember if they had a family or if they were loved. Even as a port mafia executive, they don't have much. Their only true bond is with a boy who knows the betrayal within their heart. It should have been them, not the one who put the betrayal in their heart. When they are hit with an ability and their whole body and mind turned back into that vulnerable child, why is it Dazai who gets the job of looking after them? The usually hyperactive, happy go lucky psychic seems to be hiding a dark secret. Can Carlton get through to Shawn and help him? TW: Intense hurt/comfort story explicit content. Descriptions of abuse, sexual assault, non-consensual sex. Self-harm and suicide. Drug and alcohol descriptions. Murder and torture descriptions. The final chapter is just a shameless bit of smut. lol, if you're not into that, you can end on the chapter beforehand without missing much. If you can think of a trigger, it's probably in this story, lol. There are a few references to previous episodes, but nothing too extravagant, I don't think. I do not own psych or any of the characters. As much as I wish I did lol I know it's long, I kind of originally only wrote this for my own personal fun. But I figured it couldn't hurt to put it out there now that it's finished. I'm sure there are some inaccurate medical points lol and time frames are a tiny bit sketchy. Some of the characters do go a little out of character but I tried lol end of the day this is all imaginary, if I want carlton lassiter to be a cute little worry bear then that he shall be haha. The culprit was chosen because I never liked the character in the real show, lol. Anyways, sorry if you don't like it. He joins you on your quest to find your long lost book helping you learn life lessons along the way and learning the meaning of his life while helping you.
