His negligence caused a severe drought, leaving the villagers struggling to survive. In response to their prayers, the rain god brought relief and ended the drought, but soon after, he summoned too much rain causing a devastating flood. The rain god realized his mistake and apologized, promising to be more responsible in the are future. He learned to balance the needs of the people with the power of rain, and the land and people thrived in harmony.
