Purple hue blinded his unadjusted eyesight, blinking a few times before sitting up suddenly. He hoped to see her figure, huddled over her desk as he imagined.
But there was no use thinking about hypotheticals.
What he did see, however, was the same pink notebook sitting untouched on the desk in replace of her.
He stared at it, wondering what about it made it so fucking special. Of course, he was curious, she'd carry that damn book everywhere she went; wouldn't go anywhere without it.
The blonde slipped out of bed with a huff, made his way towards the table, and grabbed it. He ran his finger down the spine of the hardcover, flipping it front to back before peeling open the once empty book.
Scribbled quite largely in cursive reading, To You, Katsuki Bakugo, her name written just underneath.
It took a moment for him to flip to the next page, it was probably personal; she would kill him if he read it. Though, she wasn't here to object. Why put someone's name on the book if she didn't want him to read it?
With a huff he sat back onto her bed, finally turning the page.
