Her childhood crush on her dads best friend becomes harder to pass off as just admiration as she gets older, with her feelings for him only getting stronger she takes every chance she gets to bug him and try to flirt to see if he'll take the chance. 

With the concerns of her not being able to return home at all she accepts her new life with her new dysfunctional family, though the time she lives in now is nothing like the 60s she'd come from she is happy to find friends like Peter and Wanda that help her learn and keep afloat in this new world.
