North of Nowhere

12 parts Complete Mature

Elska Svanhild was only six when she and her parents were banished from Berk. They lived just past the village on the other side of the island as peaceful farmers. Unlike the rest of the village, her family for generations believed dragons weren't enemies-they thought they could be understood, but kept it secret as it was never a popular concept. When the chief Stoick the Vast discovered they were secretly helping wounded dragons escape, they were cast out and erased from Berk's memory. 11 years later, Elska lives deep within the Northern Wilds on a island she calls Blackscale Island. Through her journey, she befriended a dragon called Windscar. A fiercely intelligent Female nightfury she raised from a hatchling. When Hiccup Haddock crashes near her territory during a storm, Elska saves him-but remains wary. He speaks of peace between Vikings and dragons, of a new Berk. She wants to believe him. But after a decade of silence, betrayal, and survival, trust doesn't come easily.
