For as long as anyone could remember, nymphs have remained safely hidden from their human neighbours. Residing in the depths of the forest, Winter knows to never venture too close towards the edge of the woods. However, she is different from the other nymphs, and they don't accept her. She'll make sure to beat me until I can't breathe then tell me how I deserve the life I was given. Killing her was the best decision I've ever made. Aaron, the kid who hates his emotionally unavailable mother and drunk father, saves me from a life on the run with an adventure in the woods behind our neighborhood. He teaches me a lot about myself, things I never thought to explore. I owe this boy my life, no matter how many times he says I saved him.

Russell is a subversive and careless 16 year old. He's reckless and enjoys breaking rules with some of his "friends". But then, gets caught and thrown into a "boot camp".
