The worst is over: Wilbur and the MCIA found a cure for the cannibalistic virus. But as each second passed in trying to find the antidote, the world had spiralled deeper and further into the chaos and terror melded by the infected monsters. Now all that's left is getting this antidote out into the world and curing humanity. Simple, right?

But knots start to tangle the ropes, as new complications and scenarios arise: new people, new enemies, and new mutations. All of which leaves Wilbur second guessing himself: is the worst really over? Or is this only the end of the beginning?
