Cassandra (Andy) Gilbert was a creature of habit: Look after her twin sister and younger brother, Do her best at school, Hang out with her friends, and Volunteer to work at the Historical society events. She was always polite and conversational to whoever she spoke to, and you could always find her in a book of some kind, whether it be history or fantasy.
That all changed the night of May 23rd 2009.
Now she could hardly hold a conversation without bursting with anxiety, and has been hovering over her siblings, desperate to keep an eye on them. Especially when the things in her books, history and fantasy alike, are blurring into a huge mess that seems to be revolving around her twin Elena and the new in town Salvatore brothers.
Andy is going to have to risk everything she has, if she wants to get everything she's ever wanted. Hopefully she doesn't lose both.
