The ASEAN members are having a normal conference, then Luzon came in with a letter on his hands. It came from the Axis members to invite them all into a conference in 10 whole years. Of course, they agreed because it was such a rare event that the Axis held, but such mystery why. In terms of Philippines, she was happy and excited that she'll meet new and old countries to be friends with. But luck changed its phase, now she's stuck with the people that she used to live with when she was a little country... Well for her they are kinda, well, a little bit annoying.
