Monstrous creatures were created upon the failure of a military-sanctioned experiment meant to control the world's most dangerous criminals. Fearing disgrace more than the deadly threat they've unleashed, the scientists responsible tried to cover up their failure behind the eyes of the public. But their mistakes were irreversible. In the end, the subjects were killed, and every single trace of the experiment were buried along with them. But curses are born of regret and of the sorrows of the dead. The ghosts of the experiment refused to stay buried.

Years later, the world was in an apocalyptic state as monsters mysteriously began to emerge. As humanity teetered on the brink of extinction, divine intervention was their only hope. But they realized the angels sent to save mankind were powerless in this crisis, so the heavens were forced to reconsider its cure, turning to the least expected of allies. They will bow down to the lowest of low.
