Acirema (An Utopian World)

In a world of perfection and cleanliness, a young Stripling girl by the name of Yalonda lives in one of the Regime appointed cities: Provinces A, B, C, and D, Regions 1, 2, and 3. In her Province (C) and Region (1), the Primes, Striplings, and Younglings have to wear specific colors: black and cyan-blue. After the Perennial Collection Day Commemoration, Yalonda goes to Province A, Region 1, where the Registrar and the Regime offices are located and attend PAI (Province A Institution). There she meets many friends and attracts some enemies. Yalonda soon learns of the Registrar's and the Regime's agenda against the ESPN and the SPNs hiding in The Vacant.

Then her father comes up missing a few months after her arrival at PAI and the Registrar, along with the Director and Instructors, all take an interest in her, knowing that her father had been experimenting with humans and the Serums he's been formulating with the plasma of captive SPNs in the name of the Registrar and the Regime.
