A tear sneaks down Marinette's cheek. "Kitty, that's very sweet of you to say, but you're not the one I want begging me to stay." 

"You mean Adrien, right?" 

She nods with tears in her eyes. "Yes, and he's not here, so neither am I. I have to go. Goodbye, Cat Noir."

Ladybug and Cat Noir have been partners for a year now, and he's desperate to finally discover his lady's secret identity. With Hawkmoth still terrorizing their beloved Paris, she decides it's still not safe.
