The quiet before the storm

The Barlow family is a well known for being full of powerful grisha, so it was not a big surprise when people started to talk about Sankta Jacklyn the woman who could summon white fire, the only child of Lily and Dylan Barlow. When someone breaks into the family home and kills Lily and Dylan, every thing spirals for Jacklyn. Taken to the little palace and trained harder then the other grisha, and being treated differently by the black general made her suspicious about his motives. When Jacklyn saw the mask finally crack she knew she had to leave the little palace, the general found out about her plans and went after her. A older woman named Baghra helped her leave the castle before he could find her, escaping the palace she survives in Ravka by herself for 3 years before arriving in Ketterdam, the one place no one gives a damn about who you are. Now Sankta Jacklyn was pronounced dead but Mina Storm is Alive and well. Hiding her secrets from all of Ketterdams prying eyes, except when she gets the attention of the Bastard of the barrel. Now she has to return but not for her own gain, she must decide whether to save the sun summoner, or to remain in hiding.

But how could she not resist a fight against darkness himself, after what he did.
