This is a story about (y/n), a girl who just moved to Gravity Falls, since she just moved out of her parents house. She meets the Pine Twins and a particularly strange dream demon. 12 year old Mabel Pines takes her 7 year old younger brother Dipper with her to Gravity Falls to stay with their great uncle for the summer. She's starting to regret taking him along after he makes a not-so-imaginary friend.

Y/n is always bored but she is depressed and mentally drained and feels alone she lives with her mom but her mom is hardly there with her her mom is always working since she's a single mom y/n's dad had died when she was little and it truly affected her she doesn't socialize much other kids think she's weird that's why she never leaves her room and she comes off rude when you meet her she has a soft spot for her mom though but her mom doesn't know what her daughter is going through y/n feels like no one understands her because everyone is scared of her and mean to her but will all that change when she meets Miles Fairchild
