"Jesus Apollonia! Would you just get me the damn paper?" My dad sighed as he pointed towards the door. I rolled my eyes and uncrossed my arms. Ugh! It's always me! I open the doors of my house and look around for the roll of paper. "I don't see th-" I was cut off when something hard was hit against my head. "What the fuck?" I mutter to myself and rub the side of my now throbbing head. I look across the road and see a boy on a bike laughing. "You think this is funny, huh?" I yell over to him, walking out of the house to where he was standing.
"Very." He replies and starts to chuckle. "Well listen here paperboy, if you ever decide to hit me again, you better think twice."
"Oh really?" I nod and his lips turn up to a smirk. "And what are you gonna do about it Ms. Prissy Pants?" My mouth widens in shock and I glare at him. "How dare you insult me? I want to talk with your b-."
From that day forward, I would have never guessed that I would fall in love with my paperboy.
